We recognize that evaluating high-end textiles within the specific lighting of your own home is a critical part of the curation process. Accordingly, we have implemented a structured, transparent return and refund framework designed to protect your investment while maintaining the logistical efficiency of our international supply chain.

Conditions for Return Eligibility To qualify for a comprehensive refund, returned merchandise must adhere strictly to our condition guidelines. The curtains must be entirely unused, unwashed, unaltered, and completely free from any environmental odors, pet dander, or handling blemishes. Items must be carefully folded and returned within their original bealfo packaging, including all structural inserts, tags, and hardware. Return authorizations must be officially requested within 30 days of the documented carrier delivery date.

Mandatory Return Procedures The return protocol is initiated by contacting our client care team at service@bealfo.com. Your email must clearly state your order number and the specific reason for your return request. Please do not ship items back to us without receiving explicit written authorization and customized instructions from our staff. Once authorized, it is the customer's responsibility to securely package the items and cover all associated return shipping costs. 

We strongly advise utilizing a reliable carrier that provides tracking services and purchasing shipping insurance for the full value of the goods. bealfo assumes no financial liability for return packages that are lost, misdelivered, or damaged while in transit back to our German facility.

Inspection and Refund Issuance Upon the safe arrival of your package at our facility in Germany, our quality assurance team will conduct a thorough manual inspection to confirm the items meet our eligibility criteria. This processing phase typically requires 3 to 5 business days. Once your return is officially approved, we will immediately initiate a refund to your original method of secure payment. Please be advised that depending on your banking institution's specific clearing policies, it may take an additional 7 to 10 business days for the credited funds to formally reflect on your account statement.
